Archer Studios is a thoughtfully designed affordable housing community located in North San Jose as part of the City’s Vision North San Jose Plan. This forward-looking initiative focuses on transforming the innovation corridor through strategic development, sustainable design, and improved quality of life for residents. Developed by Charities Housing in partnership with the City of San Jose Department of Housing, Archer Studios delivers modern, energy-efficient living in a highly connected urban setting.
Situated on 0.66 acres at the corner of Archer Street and Kerley Drive, the community includes 42 studio apartments designed to maximize efficient living in a compact, well-planned space. The property is ideally located along the North First Street VTA light rail corridor, offering convenient access to public transit, employment centers, and major destinations throughout the Bay Area. Residents are also within walking distance of local restaurants, shops, and the nearby Rosemary Gardens Park, providing a balance of urban convenience and outdoor recreation.
